Whilst offering our tenants a fast and efficient service ensuring they find the property they want when they want it. We have an ever increasing list of potential tenants, thus, ensuring that your property will be filled with the right tenant at the right price with the minimum of delay and loss of income. We are only too aware that the cost of management is about the same wherever you go, so, whether you get value for money depends entirely on your agent and this is how K & J Lettings came to be. As we have our own portfolio of properties we have built up a strong base of reliable trades contacts together with a wealth of experience in dealing with some of the pitfalls of being a landlord. One of our team has a recognized qualification in Building Science which will ensure that only necessary work is ever carried out on your property prior to your approval. We are aware of the importance of regular inspections, tailored contractual agreements and the deployment of trades whenever necessary at the right price. (Whilst on the subject of maintenance, We will endeavor to replace and repair items whenever possible i.e. curtain rails, cupboard doors etc, therefore, only charging you only for the replacement items required to complete the work. (All this is included in our competitive fee).
